Sarah Huckabee Sanders met her husband Bryan Sanders while she was working for her dad during the 2008 presidential race and he was a member of Kansas Governor Sam Brownback's staff.

Political Careers

After Brownback folded his own presidential campaign, Sanders hired Bryan as her political consultant.

Sanders later went on to serve as White House press secretary under President Donald Trump from 2017 to 2019.

She is currently running for governor of Arkansas.
