Company to Focus on Core Payment and Commerce Solutions

Transaction Valued at $2.45 Billion

NEW YORK and ATLANTA, Aug. 6, 2024 – NCR Voyix Corporation (NYSE: VYX) has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its digital banking business to private equity firm Veritas Capital for $2.45 billion.

The sale includes NCR Voyix’s cloud-based digital banking platform, which serves financial institutions of all sizes. The company will continue to focus on its core payment and commerce solutions, which include point-of-sale systems, self-checkout kiosks, and payment processing services.

NCR Voyix expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. The proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce debt and invest in the company’s core business.
